Refunds & Returns

Refund Policy:

We endeavour to examine all of our clothing upon receiving them and again when packing orders; however faults can still be missed.

Please note: We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. 

Refunds will not be accepted if you purchase incorrect sizes during pre orders. please take into account the wait time between purchase and item arrival. 

Refunds will be void if you have gone against our care instructions.

Please note: The final decision regarding faulty items will be determined by us/me.

If you have noticed a fault on your clothing please refrain from using it. Washing or wearing the clothing could affect the outcome of your claim.

In order to be eligible for a refund, at your expense you will have to return the product/s within 28 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged/unused in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and begin processing your refund. If the fabric/item is deemed to be faulty/printing error, your postage costs will be refunded and we will discuss replacement or full refund for faulty products.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
